Taco Buddha is the epitome of comfort food: globally-inspired street tacos, agua fresca, fresh guacamole, and a family pozole recipe that's generations in the making. But what makes Taco Buddha so irresistible is its story of resilience. The University City community has rallied behind this taco joint again and again—once, after an electrical fire that closed it down for a season, and just recently, during the COVID-19 pandemic.

From July 2019 to August 2020, I guided brand direction and messaging, wrote and curated all social media content, hosted two citywide influencer campaigns, designed a new website, and managed crisis communication during COVID-19.
